Organising Folders And Rushes


We had to upload our work onto iMovie then convert it to Final Cut to do the editing and adding the transitions. As there was loads of footage we had to organise our shots into different folders so it’s easier to find specific footage as it’s more organised. We created three ‘Bins’ a ‘used’ one, ‘maybe’ and ‘deleted’ so it makes the whole process a lot more faster and easier when it comes to editing but we did have to view all the footage first. After viewing all the footage and putting them in folders I named most of the clips to make it easier and simple to find the exact clip. Some of them were the same thing that’s why I had to name them with numbers after, for example ‘paint’ and ‘paint 1’.
